After 300 years of operation, the Manju Chemical Corporation was incorporated and obtained the patents in 37 countries for its method of refining and extracting pure glucomannan.

The name Manju Chemical Corporation was changed to Shimizu Chemical Corporation.

Developed the health food “PROPOL^®” and received the approval of the Japanese Ministry of Health,Welfare.
